Annual Choir Banquet & Awards Ceremony!

The Choir Program is excited to invite your choir student and family to the annual banquet and awards ceremony on Friday, June 7th. The evening will begin at 5:30 pm in the WHS Cafeteria with a catered buffet dinner from Stonefire. Dessert and coffee will also be served. Following dinner, the awards ceremony and senior recognition will take place in the Carpenter Family Theatre.

We must have an accurate count for the banquet, as we are only ordering enough food to accommodate those who have submitted their RSVP. If an RSVP is not received before May 30th, you will be invited to join the awards ceremony only.

Payment options are included in the RSVP information (choir students are free). We are asking for only one reservation per family to avoid duplicates in our dinner order. Please make sure to RSVP (complete the Google form) before Thursday, May 30th.

Attire

This is not a formal event, but we ask that attire be dressy or business casual - this is a celebration of the amazing work of our choir students and supporters!

Entrance

Please use the cafeteria doors that face the library/amphitheater. All other doors will be for exit only during the evening. There will be signs helping direct families to the correct doors.

Banquet Check-In

Check-in begins around 5:15 pm; dinner service will begin around 5:45 pm.

The check-in list is based on the choir student's last name; please have your party together before checking in for the banquet. 

Please only bring those who were included in the RSVP; we apologize but we cannot accommodate extra people for the banquet portion of the evening.

Payments will not be accepted at the door.

Awards Ceremony

If you, your family or choir student are only attending the awards portion of the evening, please plan to arrive around 7:15 pm as the awards will begin shortly after the conclusion of the banquet. The awards ceremony will be held in the Carpenter Family Theatre. Please be reminded that no food or drinks, with the exception of water in closed containers, is allowed inside the theatre.
